ABOUT
SALÄ°H ZEKÄ° SAYAR
Born in 1966 in Istanbul, Salih Zeki Sayar's passion for sculpture
started while he was still in secondary school, during the summer
vacation he spent in the art studio of family friend Fureya Koral.
​
He graduated from Kabatas High School and Istanbul University,
Faculty of Business Administration.
​
He studied sculpture at Academy Istanbul for 2 years, at Gorbon Isil
for 1 year with ErdoÄŸan Ersen, at Hurrem Omayer art studio for
5 years, at Saliha Kartal art studio for 4 years, and finally at
Cemil Guc art studio for 5 years.
​
He studied photography at the International Center of Photography
New York.
​
He attended Andreas H. Bitesnich Italy and Loisgreenfield New York photography workshops.
​
Sayar continues his art works at his art studio in Maryland Hyattsville.
